Barça's final challenge of the year

Luis Enrique and co. have very few challenges left to cap an almost perfect year.Aside from missing out on the Spanish Super Cup, which saw the team fall short of Pep Guardiola's perfect year, this current crop of players have one last goal to achieve before the end of 2015: beat the goalscoring record set by Real Madrid just 12 months ago.

Los Blancos racked up an impressive 178 goals over the course of 2014. 56 of which came courtesy of Cristiano Ronaldo, with Benzema adding another 28 and Bale 24.

Barça currently have 176 goals to their name, just two short of Real Madrid's record. The bulk of those goals have come from the Catalans' formidable MSN: Messi (47), Luis Suárez (46) and Neymar (41).

As things stand, the Catalans have two objectives going into the game against Betis at the Camp Nou on 30th December: seal three valuable points which would see them end 2015 at the top of the La Liga table and beat Real Madrid's goalscoring record.
