View of Emenike's mini estate in Owerri |
Former Nigeria striker Emmanuel Emenike is blowing higher
in real estate investment in Nigeria.
Having recently built a two-pallet
mansion worth N250m for lease where he controls close to N6m per annum on each mansion.
And
that’s just two out of many in Lekki. This guy is really building his future on
a solid rock of money.
In Owerri, Emenike has joined the league of big investment owner in the eastern zone of Nigeria with a 8 unit terraces estate. It was estimated that the cost of the project is close to $5.7m
Yes, it’s no longer news that Al Ain of United Arab Emirates
cancelled his contract but the former Spartak Moscow ace has moved beyond
cancellation of contracts in UAE and it was gathered that such termination
still means that Emenike will be paid huge sum of money before heading to sign
another mega deal offer in China or persuasion from Fenerbahce president and
pay rise could force his return to Turkey.
Our source revealed that it was a tasteful building. it was
built in form of his personal house located at Chevron, Lagos with all the
internal décor was imported from Dubai and Germany.
The mini estate is currently on high demand but the cost of
rent was not disclosed.
