Kane happy to break 500-day England goal drought

Harry Kane has acknowledged that barren runs in front of goal are part and parcel of being a striker after the England captain ended his 500-day international goal drought against Albania on Sunday.

The Tottenham forward headed home Luke Shaw's cross late in the first half to finally break the deadlock in Tirana, before setting up Mason Mount after the interval to secure a 2-0 victory.

Former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel has recalled the chaotic scenes in the aftermath of their 2009 defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League semi-finals.

Bale confirms Madrid return

Ibrahimovic makes tearful Sweden return after four-year absence
